By accessing and using TestGenie ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

These terms apply to all users of the Service, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

TestGenie is an AI-powered test case generation service that helps developers create comprehensive test cases for their code. The Service includes:

• AI-powered test case generation for multiple programming languages
• Support for various testing frameworks
• Command-line interface (CLI) tool
• Web dashboard for managing test generation
• User account management and usage tracking

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Ensuring that your account information is accurate and up-to-date

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate test cases for malicious or harmful code
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Use the Service for any commercial purpose without our written consent
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

By using the Service, you agree that:

• We may collect and use your data as described in our Privacy Policy
• Your code and generated test cases may be processed by our AI systems
• We will not share your code or test cases with third parties
• You retain ownership of your code and generated test cases

TestGenie offers both free and paid subscription plans:

• Free Plan: Limited usage with up to 25 test files per month
• Pro Plan: Unlimited usage for INR 99 per month
• All subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis
• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• No refunds are provided except as outlined in our refund policy

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TestGenie and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

You retain ownership of your code and the test cases generated for your code. However, you grant us a limited license to process your code for the purpose of generating test cases.

In no event shall TestGenie, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Service
• Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
• Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service
• Any bugs, viruses, or other harmful code that may be transmitted through the Service

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
